Executive Leadership Training for leaders who refuse to plateau

A twelve-week cohort experience that replaces generic theory with high-stakes practice — so you leave with decisions already made, not just ideas to consider.

Most leadership programmes hand you a binder and call it transformation. Ours puts you in the room with eleven peers who will challenge every assumption you carry — because growth never starts inside a comfort zone.

How twelve weeks reshape your leadership

Weeks 1–2: Diagnostic immersion

We begin with a 360-degree leadership audit — not a survey, but structured interviews with your direct reports, peers, and board members. You receive a candid map of how your leadership actually lands, not how you hope it does. This diagnostic becomes the foundation every subsequent module builds upon.

Weeks 3–5: Strategic decision architecture

Using real cases drawn from your own organisation, you learn to build decision frameworks that survive ambiguity. Sessions cover cognitive bias identification, stakeholder mapping under pressure, and the art of communicating hard trade-offs to a sceptical board.

Weeks 6–8: Team resilience engineering

You shift focus from self to system. Through live simulations and role-rotations with your cohort, you practice designing psychologically safe cultures, managing high-performers who resist collaboration, and rebuilding trust after organisational disruption.

Weeks 9–11: Influence without authority

Senior leaders rarely have the luxury of simply giving orders. These sessions develop your capacity to shape outcomes through narrative, coalition-building, and strategic timing — skills that matter most when formal power runs out.

Week 12: Commitment summit

No graduation ceremony. Instead, each participant presents a concrete ninety-day action plan to the full cohort. Your peers pressure-test it, your mentor signs off on it, and you leave with a public commitment that keeps you accountable long after the programme ends.

The problems we actually solve

Challenge

Strategic isolation at the top

Senior leaders often lack honest feedback. Peers compete, direct reports filter, and boards see quarterly snapshots. Our cohort model creates a confidential space where twelve executives from non-competing industries tell you what nobody else will.

Solution

Structured peer accountability

Each participant is paired with a "challenge partner" who reviews progress bi-weekly. This is not a casual check-in — it is a structured protocol designed to surface avoidance patterns and accelerate follow-through on difficult commitments.

Challenge

Theory-heavy, action-light training

Traditional executive education fills notebooks but changes nothing. Participants return to the office and revert within days. The gap between insight and behaviour remains unbridged.

Solution

Live-case methodology

Every module uses a real strategic challenge brought by a cohort member. You are not studying someone else's company — you are solving your own problems with expert facilitation and peer intelligence, then implementing between sessions.

Frequently asked questions

Our executive leadership training is built for C-suite officers, vice-presidents, and senior directors who have at least eight years of management experience and currently lead teams of twenty or more. If you are earlier in your career, we offer a separate emerging-leaders track — reach out and we will point you in the right direction.

Expect roughly five to six hours per week: a three-hour facilitated session (in-person or hybrid), one hour of pre-work reading or case analysis, and one to two hours of implementation work within your own organisation. We intentionally keep the workload realistic for leaders who cannot pause their day jobs.

Our Gatineau cohort meets in person at our facility on Sawayn Estate. For leaders outside the National Capital Region, we run a hybrid format: eight sessions in person and four via secure video. The opening and closing weeks are always face-to-face because the relational depth built in those moments cannot be replicated on a screen.

Tuition for the twelve-week cohort ranges from $9,800 to $14,200 CAD depending on format and whether your organisation is enrolling multiple leaders. We offer a candid conversation about value before you commit — no pressure, no sales pitch. Contact us to discuss specifics.

Every participant completes a pre-programme and post-programme 360-degree assessment. We also track the completion rate of each leader's ninety-day action plan and conduct a six-month follow-up interview with both the leader and their direct reports. Ninety-four per cent of graduates report measurable improvements in team performance within the first quarter after completion.
